Regarding the uni artwork, there's not enough distinction between the Dallas alts worn in 1995 and the ones they wore from 2001-2003.

In 1995, the stars on the shoulders were much larger and the unis themselves were royal blue.

in 2001-2003, the stars were smaller and the unis more of a navy blue.

Nice find.

While I will agree that the '95s are not navy, I don't think I could go all the way to say a Bills' royal blue, I think this photo, in the sunlight at RFK on 10/1/95 shows how much lighter than the navy pants stripes the torso truly is.
