2001 Preseason

I think there are some issues with the 2001 Preseason Games. I found six matchups that don't make sense.

All four Buffalo Bills games (White vs. White for weeks 2, 3, and 4 and Royal Blue vs. Black for Steelers game)
St. Louis Rams vs. San Diego Chargers (Navy vs. Navy)
Denver Broncos vs. Green Bay Packers (Navy vs. Green)

While I couldn't find any pictures, I doubt anyone did Color vs. Color and I'm sure nobody did White vs. White.

I found this issue while looking for when the Rams first wore the white pants. It's listed as preseason only, but it's nowhere to be found. I found the others while checking for that.

I’m curious about one other thing with the 2001 preseason, along with 1999 and 2000. Why does the week number sequence start with 1 instead of 0? The Colts media guides for those years have the first week listed as Opening Week and/or have the full weeks as 1 through 4.

Forgive me if I’m asking a lot, but it just looks off to me that those three years mark the preseason differently.
