As was the case in the 1981 Wild Card Game, some of the Eagles players chose to wear the older jersyes with the full stripe pattern down the sleeves. These must have been their cold weather jerseys.

Different Eagles wore different sleeve stripings in the NFC Championship game. Tony Franklin wore fewer stripes.
