The Brewers were able to make last nights game close, but couldn't pull off the upset. The game was closer than expected, and featured less scoring than expected, but was a good game that came down to the wire.

Re: GSL 2021 Week 2
Week 2s Sunday game results (you all can feel free to come up with your own story lines for each game)
The Captains and the Lightning went toe to toe in a game that was ultimately decided by a missed extra point by Louisville in the 3rd quarter. The Captains were able to take the lead late with a touchdown drive, to earn their first win of the season, against their division rival.
Washington's blowout win from week 1 was short lived, as they couldn't get anything going on offense, with only 3 points. The Stags looked a little hungover from their loss the previous week, but were able to pull out the ugly win.
The Keystones have looked good thus far to start the season, with another good win at home.
The Knights were able to hold on to beat the Sol in the rain today in Cincinnati, in another low scoring week 2 matchup.
The Icons played a similar game in week 2, as in week 1, with good defense, but an offense that was lacking spark, although, this week they were able to rely on their defense enough to pull out a victory over the Sockeye's who had their high flying offense from week 1 grounded. Despite not looking pretty, it was a big divisional win for the Icons.
In the biggest shock of the day, the Express, who were 7 point road underdogs came away with a huge 13 point upset win over their down the road division rivals in San Diego.
The Texans once again proved that they don't need defense to win games, as their offense again exploded for over 40 points. The Outlaws defensive struggles again let them down, as their offense was able to put up points, but not enough to get past their defensive struggles.
The Eagles cruised to a victory at home, putting up a good offensive showing. Dallas will need to make some defensive adjustments if they are going to be competitive in the Central division this season.
The Atoms were able to get the home upset against the Comets in a close game. This was a much needed win for the Atoms, for them to keep pace with the 2-0 Eagles and Cabras in the West division.
Tonight's game promises to be another good one, with the Terror in the spotlight for the second week in a row in prime time, and with Baltimore coming off a solid week 1 win, in a matchup that will see one team go to 2-0 to start the season.

Plus, Miami is only one game back in the East with no divisional games. Long season ahead of us.
Week 2 concludes tonight with two teams that could use a solid game after their showings last week. The winner between the Royals and Flying Fleet will get a big divisional win, and put themselves in a tie for first place in the South division.
