Dallas 1995

I notice that no manufacturer is listed. I looked at some photos of that year, and no manufacturer logo is on the sleeves or pants. Apex outfitted them the previous two years (with logos on the sleeves), but I'm not sure about 1995.

We are only concerning ourselves with the manufacturers if a logo is present. We didn't see the need to verify the manufacturers using only tags inside the uniform and not visible to the outside observer.

While it doesn't need to be on the database since the Cowboys had no manufacturer's logo on their uniforms their manufacturer in 1995 was Nike - but Nike was not an approved supplier by the NFL in 1995 so therefore their uniforms were blank. The NFL treated it like they do helmet manufacturers where any helmet besides Riddell has to have their logos covered up.

Nike was "appproved" by the league for 1996, and several other teams began using them.

That was Jerry Jone's thing; it seems like he also did a deal with Pepsi for Texas Stadium while the rest of the NFL had a deal with Coke (or vice versa).

Thanks for the info about Nike. The Cowboys' pants were noticeably less "greenish" when Apex had the contract in '93 and '94. Unfortunately, the database doesn't reflect that.
