Jersey Swap

So I wanted to see what program I should use for the Jersey swap? I'm using GIMP for it. Also, I do need some tips for doing it, I think I got the color stuff down but the logos I still don't know how to change. I have 5 pictures and I can show you two of the pictures I'm trying to do. This is what I'm trying to change the uniform too.

I personally don't know how to do jersey swaps even though I want to learn, so I just commissioned somebody on Instagram to make the Lightning swaps.
