On the main page of the GSL Website, click on GSL Game Center. You'll see currently active games, and the page will refresh every minute or so.

The games are only text simulations, where you can follow live play by play of the simulations. No Madden simulation or anything that you can watch like an actual game unfortunately. Too many man hours to get something like that set up.
