For the 2023 season, the Portland Samurais are seeking a new and more original look, the current unfiroms are heavily influenced by the Carolina Panthers jerseys. For those who don't knew, the colors are inspired by the State of Oregon flag.  

For the new season we're playing to use the actual colors of the flag instead of similar colors

There's also some concepts for the new jerseys, minor changes are proposed such as the Oregon based colors and a redesign to numbers who will drop the shades and became yellow instead of white in the blue jersey, minor changes are also proposed for differentiate from the NFL Carolina uniforms.
