NFL Standing Board Update Project

Hey everyone! I have a project that I've been trying to do but I haven't quite been able to figure it out myself. Basically, I have an old NFL standings board from the 90s and I want to create an overlay that would update it with the most recent division structures (eight divisions instead of six) and playoff bracket (7 teams in each conference instead of 6). I don't really care about the schedule portion of the board. This is a project I would be willing to pay for. I have attached some pics so you can get an idea of what I'm starting with. I've been able to update the team helmets, but just don't have the skills to make a cool looking overlay. Thanks!
