Strange Steelers '63 uniform

Can anyone she any light on this? The guy on the left is wearing khaki pants...

Not sure.
The big guy, #78 DE John Baker (6'6") is wearing the correct home uniform for 1963-65. Baker was on the team all three years.
The little guy in khaki colored pants is wearing the Preseason jersey worn in 1963 and '64. PFA says that Dick Hoak wore #42 for the Steelers all three years.
Both of these football cards show them in the correct white pants for those years.
I'm guessing that those are just 'practice pants' given the rural location and the high school field.
Doesn't look like St. Vincent's College in Latrobe.
