2021 Redemption Game

This will be the thread for all things Redemption Game (2021 Playoff Bowl).
This includes uniform selections (I'll add the Playoff Bowl logo), field design (groundcrew headed up by SFCOM1), and general discussion.

Both Memphis and Pennsylvania would rather be in the Gridiron Bowl in two weeks, but they still have something to play for in one final game in their 2021 GSL season.

Headed up by head grounds keeper Andy Levy and the rest of the Turf Management crew for State Farm Stadium a new field is laid down for the GSL Playoff Bowl!



And yes they can do it that fast. It's done every year for the Fiesta Bowl! (of which I am a member of. For the Fiesta Bowl Parade!)

I'm so glad Arizona invented the roll in and out field so they could have real grass. Such a better look for a field. Really glad the Raiders followed suit. The Rams however, what a missed opportunity. LA grass fields are the best setting for a Super Bowl field.

Since I already know what the field design will look like, all I can say is, it'll be great!

Reminder that this thread will be used for uniform selections for this game.

The Eastern Conference is the home team, so that means Pennsylvania will get first choice of uniform.

The lines are being painted on the field! :-)

In A picture just relased by the Arizona Republic. Here is the finished field for the 2021 Playoff Bowl. With this years NFL season soon to start, as well as the 2022 Fiesta Bowl. And having been awarded the 2023 Super Bowl. State Farm Stadium will have the Pemiere football games in the next 2 seasons!

2021 Playoff Bowl Preview

The 2021 Playoff Bowl is underway in Arizona!

Did a quick check, and everything looks good.
I will be out of town for the Gridiron Bowl, so hopefully everything goes smoothly that day, because I won't be able to fix it ...

After a slow start, the Pennsylvania Keystones comeback to get their redemption, and win the 2021 Playoff Bowl.

With that, we're down to one final game with meaning in the GSL season, Gridiron Bowl I.
