GSL in Team Builder/CFB25
To my surprise, they had almost everything the CityHawks use (striping, numbers, etc) in the team builder.
Here is what I came up with:
Overall, I am very pleased with the customization options, although not perfect.
Edit: I just got the unis and field in-game, and it looks AMAZING!!!

I might have to get the game and teambuilder to do some work for the Gridiron Bowl or something.
How much can you customize in team builder?

How much can you customize in team builder?
You can customize the School Info, which includes team name, nickname, abbreviation, city and state, Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary logos, and colors. You have to choose one of the apparel brands (Adidas, Nike, and Under Armour). Each has limited font selections, depending on which brand you choose; for example, Nike has Baylor numbers, but Under Armour will have something different.
You can make 5 uniforms, a Home, Away, and 3 alts. For the helmet texture, you can choose between Matte, Shiny, and Chrome, a decent amount of striping options (first image below), numbers on the side of the helmet, or anywhere you want using the advanced option, logos, and of course the helmet colors (the helmet itself, chinstraps, cups, bumpers). The jersey depends on what apparel brand you choose, in my case, Nike, which had the new Nike template + older models (image 2); the name and number font also depend on the apparel brand (although the number and name font can be different), and everything else has the same premise as the helmet (striping options, colors, logos and more). The pants are the same as the jersey; socks are also color-customizable but have no striping.
You can also customize the field by choosing one of the FBS stadiums as a template (although not customizable), adding two colors to the crowd, and changing what color you want to show more often (image 1 below). You can change the surface to turf or grass, or go the Boise State route and change the field to any color you want (image 2 below), you can put a logo at midfield but the secondary logo has to be a generic logo provided by EA (image 3), endzone patterns or add a custom image and place it on the endzone (image 4) a ton of number/field line options (image 5), sideline and bench areas as well. Finally, you can customize the roster to your liking.
I'm sure there is a video on YouTube somewhere that explains it more in detail, but this is just the basic idea.

Yes, this is the PC version; here is the link to Team Builder if you don't already have it: https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-college-football/team-builder/teams?isFootball=true
Here is how to upload logos, but I'm not sure how EA makes it work
You can upload logos by clicking the link above, and it might prompt you to log in to your EA account if you have one. After you log in, go to the "Create" button if you don't already have a team created; in the editor, click on the "Logos" button on the side it will bring up a drop-down menu (image 1) Click the + icon on any one of the Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary spaces and go to "My Uploads" (image 2), after that click the + icon again, press confirm, and navigate to where your logo is on your computer, select the logo and it should pop up in the "My Uploads" section (image 3), then select the logo.

I like how the tool does most of your work; I bet it takes a lot to make the site work and easy to navigate.

To see my team in realistic uniforms is incredible. This is a tool that every team in the GSL should use. I am making some minor tweaks in striping for next year, But they kook awesome

Just have to sign into, or create an EA account.
I do have to say though, it's very buggy/laggy when I try to use it.
But, I will say this, if anyone wants to make their GSL uniforms/fields based on this, just take screenshots and send them to me. I will be using exactly what I receive in the screenshots as your designs though, so if you want anything extra that team builder can't do, then I suggest using our traditional route.

I was having similar issues. Some logos would upload, others would be invalid or not pass verification or something like that. Other times a logo would upload, but then when I'd try to put it on something, it wouldn't show up.
This is a beta for now. Maybe by the time the Madden team builder comes out, some of those bugs will be taken care of.

EA is aware of these issues and is trying to solve them right now; they just performed server maintenance a couple of hours ago, so that probably was the issue.
I couldn't be more ready for the full-release the 10 image limit is really putting a strain on what I can do, hopefully they increase the number of images you can have.

We could actually do a full GSL season with that madden teambuilder. Or at least get pictures or highlights of the simulation game.

Unfortunately, no, I have a feeling it might be tied to CFB25's team builder. Maybe the teams you created for CFB25 will be carried over to Madden. I think all the bugs/glitches happening in CFB25's team builder will be ironed out for the Madden release (obviously not all of them).
I hope they release Madden's team builder early, possibly before the game's release.

Re: GSL in Team Builder/CFB25
I'd certainly like to make plans of some sort to figure out how to do some sort of recorded simulation of a game with GSL teams. Maybe the All-Star game in 2025, to see if it's viable to have a full game in Madden simulated and recorded that could later be streamed. Could pave the way for future live games to be watchable. There'd still be a TON to work out with that, but it would be really cool to have.
