There was a 1923 Cleveland Indians and a 1923 Canton Bulldogs. No Cleveland Bulldogs in 1923.

right the 1923 Cleveland Indians were renamed the Cleveland bulldogs by the team owner after her bought the canton franchise and took all the good players from canton and put them on his Cleveland team which he renamed the Bulldogs.
