I noticed in looking at photos from today's game as well as last year on nfl.com that the logo on the helmets for the 9ers was the old logo without the gold stripe and thicker shadow. I'm sure the shade of red might be slightly different as the reds were a little different from their current red so u might want to change the stripes as well

This has been done as well as utilizing the 'normal' helmet logo with the CR combo.
