Couldn't find any decent photos, but there is a good video on YouTube where I grabbed a few screenshots.
NFL50th anniversary shield on the 50-yard line, white and purple diamonds in the end zones, snow on the sidelines.

1967 appears to be the first year that they had the diamond shape end zone, though it's different than the 69 version, which became their standard design.
