1990 San Francisco 49'ers

Hi all,

You have the 49'ers represented as wearing plain red socks with their white jerseys for the 1990 season. I believe they wore their regular socks with the three white stripes for all their games that year and the strip-less socks did not appear until 1991.

Here's another example from the Week 17 "fastest 3 minutes" on ESPN from their game vs. Minnesota (note: video quality is kind of iffy and the best shot where it would show the stripes is the John Taylor touchdown)
