Division II Available Teams & Fall 2021 Expansion Teams Thread

With the recent adoptions of Division II teams, it leaves the following eight teams available across the four conferences:

Eastern Association - Boston Stars, Harrisburg Bulldogs
Metro South Conference - Carolina Krescents, Charlotte Swords, Raleigh Aeronauts
Central League - San Antonio Black Knights, Winnipeg Winterhawks
Pacific Coast Conference - Cheyenne Shock, Colorado Rockies

We will consider now the membership for the Fall 2020 Simulation set, but you can still claim any of the above teams for Fall 2021, as well as post additional prospective expansion teams in this thread.  Remember after determining the teams qualifying for automatic return to Division II and taking into consideration relegation & promotion, we will determine how many spots will be filled across the four leagues and then select the teams from a pool of expansion teams & non-qualifying returning teams with active owners.  After we determine the 48 teams for Fall 2021, we will then geographically align them into the four conferences.

Rob , I would like to claim the Boston Stars and redesign them, unless somebody has claimed them of course.

Well no one else has claimed them but since you've already got (just off the top of my head) Staten Island, Toledo, St. John's already in the EA and you'll only be allowed to keep one of them in 2021 I doubt you'll be able to adopt them.  If one gets promoted and all your other teams finish below .500 and Boston finishes .500 or above and then that would be your only team in EA in 2021 then you can. (or say some other coincidence like Toledo also finshes above but no other CL team returns and the Snipers can be relocated to CL)

But as of now it looks extremely unlikely. Plus Boston appears to be unlikely to finish above .500 anyway.

All of them are still open to claim, and both Raleigh and Charlotte are still in the Union Cup.
